Refunds & Returns
We have a strict 7 day return policy.
To be eligible for a return/refund your item must be unworn and in the same condition as you received it in. All original packaging must be supplied. All paperwork, and proof of payment must provided.
Please be aware, as per the Australian Consumer Law Act (2010), Diamonds on Broadbeach are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind.
As per Consumer Law, a refund or exchange may be offered if there is a major problem with the item that would have stopped you from purchasing initially had you known about it. A refund or exchange may be offered if it is unsafe, or significantly different from the sample or description.
Repairs may be offered in the instance if the problem is not major. All repair works will be handled within a reasonable time period. A refund or replacement may be offered if the repair is not carried out in a reasonable time frame.
As per with the refund/return policy, exchanges may be provided within a 7 day period. All eligibility and criteria for exchanges are the same as the return/refund. (please see above policy)
Please note that all return shipping costs for returns, refunds and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Any shipping related insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.
